About RMN Law

Real Representation. No Runaround.

RMN Law was built for people who are tired of being ignored, brushed off, or handed over to a case manager. At this firm, you get direct access to an attorney who listens, responds, and fights like your case is the only one on her desk—because it just might be.

I’m Rachel M. Noorthoek, and after almost two decades in litigation—on both the plaintiff and defense side—I started RMN Law to do things differently. This isn’t a volume practice. It’s a purpose-driven law firm for people who need real answers and serious results.

Why I Do This

My brother’s injury during my law school years changed the course of my life. Watching someone I love struggle through a painful, complex legal process with no clear answers lit a fire in me. I clerked for his attorneys. I studied every detail of his case. And I saw firsthand how easily injured people can be dismissed or taken advantage of. I knew then that fighting for people like him would be my life’s work.

Since then, I’ve tried cases, negotiated against powerful insurance companies, and handled personal injury claims across North and South Carolina. I’ve also worked for the defense—and that inside knowledge gives my clients an edge most firms can’t offer.

What You Can Expect

At RMN Law, you’re not just hiring a law firm. You’re hiring me. I take your case personally, and I stay involved from start to finish. That means no hand-offs, no empty promises, and no legal jargon meant to confuse you. Just honest guidance and aggressive representation—delivered with empathy, clarity, and respect.

Whether you’re navigating a car accident, motorcycle crash, slip-and-fall injury, or other personal injury matter, I’ll help you understand your options and fight to get what you’re owed.
